Required Forms and Parent Information:
Rising 9th and 10th graders looking for a great summer experience are encouraged to register for a Counselor in Training (CIT) position.
The Fletcher Summer Day Camp, Counselor-in-Training (CIT) program is a great option for students who are looking for their first professional experience. CITs should enjoy the outdoors and working with children. CITs play an essential role at Camp, they help counselors make sure all campers are engaged and having fun but are also responsible for other tasks. These tasks are designed to help them develop work skills and understand what it means to be a part of a professional team. CITs will also be responsible for planning and leading one special activity each week.
