2023 Fletcher Community Survey
Fletcher households are being asked to participate in a survey to measure their views on the community, town programs, and services. The town will use the feedback to prioritize initiatives, services, and programs in the future. Invitation postcards will be mailed to Fletcher households on January 13 and will be followed up with paper surveys mailed on January 20. Once this initial feedback period concludes, an online version of the survey will be opened for all town residents to provide their feedback.
The National Community Survey allows residents to rate their overall quality of life and provide specific feedback about municipal services, public safety, customer service, and their level of participation in community events and activities.
The town asks residents who get the survey to take about 15 minutes time to complete it, the data collected is an important component of Fletcher’s commitment to providing top-level services to the community.
The National Community Survey was designed specifically for use by local governments by the National Research Center at Polco (https://info.polco.us/about-nrc). Because similar surveys are conducted in hundreds of jurisdictions, Fletcher can compare its results with other towns across the country.
Survey results will be available in the spring of 2023.
