Fletcher Police Department Mission Statement, Values, and Foundation

“The mission of the Fletcher Police Department is to increase public safety and enhance the quality of life for all citizens by engaging the community, providing quality services based upon progressive police practices, and empowering the department’s personnel to perform at their highest capacity.”

 

Together, we will accomplish this mission through teamwork, professionalism, and dedication.
