RFP for Town Center Mixed-Use Development

The Town of Fletcher, Henderson County, NC is initiating a Request for Proposal (RFP) for developers to create a place making plan and town center development for Fletcher, NC. The Town is seeking the best development partner for property owned by the Town of Fletcher, which was purchased pursuant to the North Carolina Economic Development Statute, 158-7.1.

- Questions due: June 30, 2020
- Proposals due: September 30, 2020

Responses (three separately-bound hard copies plus one digital PDF) must be submitted via first-class mail, air carrier delivery or in person. If any component of a response is received at the Town of Fletcher after the date/time stated herein, the proposal response shall not be considered and shall be returned to the offeror.
