New Payment Options for Fletcher Taxpayers

When paying your Fletcher property taxes, you now have additional online payment options with our new third-party vendor MuniciPay.

  • Pay with Debit or Credit card (VISA, MC, Discover, AMEX) or use Digital Payment methods such as Apple Pay or Google Pay. (The convenience fee charged by MuniciPay for cc/debit card usage is 3% of your payment amount with a $3 minimum.)
  • Pay with Electronic Check – fee is $2 regardless of the amount paying
  • Pay by Telephone – dial 828-663-3660 and follow the prompts (fees apply based upon the payment method chosen)
  • Pay full or partial payments on your property taxes (remember that the balance must be paid in full prior to January 5, 2027, to avoid interest).
  • Pay one or multiple Fletcher property tax accounts at the same time.
  • Check out as a guest or create an account to allow you to make recurring payments or save your payment information for future use.
  • To use: (1) Search for your tax account by roll number, name, or property address. (2) Select the amount you wish to pay and add it to your cart. (3) Check out as a guest or create an account and enter your payment information. It’s just that easy.
  • Coming soon, Fletcher taxpayers whose tax payment is being escrowed will be able to see if your mortgage company is planning to or has already paid your taxes.

We trust these additional online payment options and lower convenience fees will help make paying your Fletcher taxes a little easier.  Remember, you may still pay your taxes in Town Hall (by check, cash, money order) and by mail with no convenience fee.
