DESCRIPTION:  \n  \n  \n\n  \nCANCELLED \n  \n  \nBill Moore Community Park\nJoin the Fletcher Parks and Recreation Department at Fletcher Community Park on Saturday\, May 16th for the Town of Fletcher’s Annual Easter Egg Hunt.\nThis year’s hunt will feature over 10\,000 eggs!  Check out the schedule below to see the other fun activities happening during the event! \n  \nEvent Activities\n  \nEgg Hunt\n \nThis year’s hunt\, for children 11 & under\, will feature over 10\,000 eggs!  To participate\, all children must be able to walk on their own. \nEgg Hunt Schedule\nAges 2 & under – 12:15 p.m.\nAges 3-4 – 12:30 p.m.\nAges 5-6 – 12:45 p.m.\nAges 7-8 – 1:00 p.m.\nAges 9-11 – 1:15 p.m.\n  \nInflatables  \n \nChildren will enjoy the inflatable bounce house and slide. There is no charge to enjoy these activities. \n\nPhotos with the Bunny\n \nBe sure to bring your camera to get a photo with the Easter Bunny! \n\nCrafts\n \nFletcher Library will be onsite to create wonderful crafts! \n  \nFace Painting\n \nFree face painting will be available during the event! \n\nVolunteers Needed!\nInterested in volunteering at this event? The Board will consider an application from Graycliff Capital for a proposed 198- unit multi-family residential development on Rutledge Road. \n If you wish to view the meeting: \n Join the meeting through Zoom on your computer or cell phone \nSimply click on the following link or type it into your browser: \nhttps://us02web.zoom.us/j/84400107357 \nIf you have not used Zoom before\, you are encouraged to download the application from their website at Zoom.us and try it out prior to the meeting. Depending on your carrier\, long distance charges may apply. \n Additional Information: \n In the event of unforeseen technological issues on the night of the meeting\, there is the possibility that the meeting could be continued to a future date either online once the issues are worked out\, or in person once the limits on gatherings is lifted. \nThe Town’s Zoom subscription allows us to host larger meetings than the basic free versions\, however\, the capacity of each meeting is 100. This would include Staff\, Board Members\, the applicants\, etc. In the past\, our meetings have never had this level of attendance\, but if the meeting nears capacity in this online setting\, staff will need to “lock” the meeting\, to assure that Board members or staff can reenter the meeting in the event that they are dropped during brief internet outages.  \nWe do ask for your patience and understanding as we are all learning this together.   Public input will occur if/when this matter reaches Town Council in public hearing\, most likely in July. Contrary to a flier that was distributed\, the Town Council will NOT be voting on this matter on June 8.  \nFor this planning board meeting\, Staff is requesting that any input\, feedback\, or comments be submitted IN WRITING\, prior to the May 19 meeting date. Staff will provide the Board a summary of input received and it will be attached to the official record.
