This would include Staff\, Board Members\, the applicants\, etc. In the past\, our meetings have never had this level of attendance\, but if the meeting nears capacity in this online setting\, staff will need to “lock” the meeting\, to assure that Board members or staff can reenter the meeting in the event that they are dropped during brief internet outages.  \nWe do ask for your patience and understanding as we are all learning this together.   Public input will occur if/when this matter reaches Town Council in public hearing\, most likely in July. Contrary to a flier that was distributed\, the Town Council will NOT be voting on this matter on June 8.  \nFor this planning board meeting\, Staff is requesting that any input\, feedback\, or comments be submitted IN WRITING\, prior to the May 19 meeting date.
