Technical Review Committee
The Technical Review Committee is responsible for reviewing projects in the C-1 and CBD zoning districts. The TRC reviews and comments on all plans and applications for Special Use Permits and also decides upon requests for alternative methods of compliance for landscape and site plans.
The TRC is comprised of the Planning Director (or designee), Fire Marshall/Zoning Administrator (or designee), and one appointed resident. The TRC will consult with the Public Works Director (or designee) as necessary.
