The Town of Fletcher Planning and Zoning Department is managed by Eric Rufa, Planning Director.  The Department provides technical assistance to the Town Council, Planning Board, and Zoning Board of Adjustment.  Its staff is responsible for the enforcement of the Town's Land Development Code (LDC), including building setbacks, parking requirements, landscaping, signs, and floodplain and stormwater regulations.  Any questions regarding the LDC can be directed to staff in person, by phone or via fax.
