The Board is also appointed by the Town Council to address zoning issues.. It has the responsibility of hearing zoning appeals, variances, and special use permits. It interprets the Town Zoning Ordinance and makes quasi-judicial decisions concerning zoning.

The Zoning Administrator is responsible for this Board and attends all of its meetings.

Meetings: The Zoning Board of Adjustments meets on the third Monday of each month at 6:00pm at Town Hall,  if there is a need for an item to be addressed.
