Fletcher Planning Board

This Board is an Advisory Board to the Town Council which works on planning issues; recommends policies; advises the governing board; must recommend initial zoning ordinance and hears requests for re-zoning and then makes a recommendation to Council, which has the final decision.  The Planning Board also reviews plats. Citizens can contact Planning Board representatives with questions, concerns or ideas on town planning.

Meetings: The Planning Board meets the Third Tuesday of each month at 7:00pm at Town Hall.
